Solve : New Computer, Video Card Not Working?

Answer»

Hello, I just built a new computer, I got everything hooked up (hopefully right) and when I start it the only thing that I noticed was the GRAPHICS card fans aren't running but the LED on the card is green.  It's a Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 x2.  the graphics card is getting power but the fans aren't running, why?  Both 8pin and 6pin power connectors are connected to the card, so it's got the power, and the Led is Green. It's plugged into the right slot, PCI-E.  So if anyone has a idea throw it my way... Cause I don't have a clue.  Not getting any input from the graphics card to the monitor.

Here's a list of all the hardware on this computer.
