Answer» I built a new computer and when I power it up it tries to START then shuts off. The cpu fan struggles to turn 1 or 2 revolutions. I PUT another new power supply in and the same thing happens. Any ideas?NEED full specs for the system, as well as any error messages that might be popping up before it shuts off. Is your power supply providing enough power for your configuration?Stop trying before you burn up that CPU... Replace the fan.Are you sure everything is connected CORRECTLY? What type of processor? Did you bench test it before you slapped it in the case? How MUCH experience do you have at this?
