1.	Solve : new pc. the volume wont go UP?
Answer» ok i build my first pc. got done last night. right now i am having one issue. the sound isn't working right. volume control SAYS 100% but it sounds like its at 10% (like someone whispering across the room.) the speakers are not BUILT it, they do not have a dial on them. on my last pc i could turn them up so loud hear them upstairs. i have windows 7 and i went under control panel and it says realtek AUDIO MANAGER. i updated the servers looked AROUND i can't get it up any higher. please help, any tips pleaseWell Look here yet? http://www.asklaptopfreak.com/laptop-notebook-help/2008/06/08/volume-turned-up-but-sound-very-low/
