Answer» Okay, I recently built a computer with my friends and the computer won't start up. We cannot reach the BIOS. When we turn it on the LED power indicator on the monitor blinks, but it is not the monitor or the cord since we tried different ones that we know work. We thought it was the motherboard and sent back for a new one but that didn't work. Everything is HOOKED up CORRECTLY, i've checked it several times and so have guys who have fixed computers. All the hardware is BRAND new and the power supply is a 450 W and more than enough to give enough power. I posed this question to my college's PC department and they had no idea.
