Answer» Hi i have a HP Pavilion a740 desktop and want to change my PSU due to some START up FAILURES with the PSU flashing green. What would be the right PSU for my model? My current PSU is a 250W. Thanks.I think they are all the same unless you are get the one less watt, so you should buy one the > or = 250 watt then it will be fineNo there not all the same, i once had a Dell DIMENSION 8100 desktop and bought a new power supply unit for it, it was an ATX PSU 450w and the cables were different, i don't have that PSU now anymore, i say any standard ATX PSU will do my PH Pavilion. |
