Solve : new PSU and no video?

Answer» here is my pc: http://www.hp.com/large/campaigns/personal_again/datasheets/HPPavilionPhoenixSEa6655fPCDatasheet.pdf i just bought a new PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817226001 and i have a sort of low end graphics card 512mb installed. and i installed it and everything correctly. when i turn my pc on, everything turns on, all the fans are SPINNING and everything but my monitor says that there is no input signal. then i go back to install my old PSU and it WORKS fine again. Can somebody tell me WHATS WRONG? is it the PSU or is it INCOMPATIBLE or what?
