Answer» this is a brand new SYSTEM and nothing pops up on the monitor. The system also makes a beeping sound continuously. there is no operating system installed on this machine. Additional information: MB GIGABYTE 7vt600p-rz Diagnose/troubleshooting: i have CHECK the system to make sure every thing was hooked up correctly.i even tested the parts( including the video card) on my old pc and everything worked on it.How many beeps?
