Ok so I've been looking around for awhile for a new VIDEO card for my desktop PC, is this a good card?

Not saying that I'm going to BUY it from this place, it was just the first place I checked and just wondering what everyone thought. I want to play higher end games like Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, possibly even Halo 2. But for my other specs I have a:

400W PSU
Intel P4 2.8 GHz
1GB RAM

nothing wrong with that dx 9 card !Yeah I can't afford too much right now, I just bought a car so I'm kinda low on cash but am frustrated cause my desktop just sits at home doing nothing and i just bought 2 new games for it not too long ago lol. (before I knew my video card was bad) Oh well, yeah I just was wanting something that would run some good games. (some Star Wars ones and Duece Ex Invisible War) (yeah I know it's old but still pretty cool) well i dont know what ghost reacon's requirements are but just make sure you meet them preferably above minimum because games don't run well on minimum and a video card MAY not help at all if the rest of the comp isnt up to parYou can find a much better AGP card than that for the same price or cheaper.
What's your max. budget?
The 6200 is a very low end card and will not run modern games satisfactorily.
