Solve : New video card issue?

1.	Solve : New video card issue?
Answer» Just HOOKED up a new CARD, ati radeon hd 5850. Everything seemed cool but when i turned my computer on it made an extremely loud buzzing sound and no image would come on the screen. What do you guys think the issue is? I did forget to uninstall my previous VIDEO card before putting this ONE in could that be it? And also i cant take it back since i bought it on ebay :/I'd say it's a dead card. Double CHECK all of the connections. Make sure your monitor is turned on. (I say this only because it has been forgotten before). And no, it shouldn't have anything to do with not uninstalling your previous card. (I probably agree with JJ 3000 here, though).
