Solve : New WD hard drive, not recognized? |

Answer» Hi. could anyone please help me. I have a new WD 500gb hd INTERNAL. I put it into a enclosure plugged it into the usb port in my notebook and it said it was installing the DEVICE driver but it will not auto START and is not recognized in my COMPUTER. The usb ports on my laptop are running ok, i am using windows vista and i have tried it using a usb2.0 to sata interface. Any help please folks. |
