Answer» There is no sound in my computer.when I click on VOLUME control I get the meseg that ther is no active mixer driver installed. :-\I 've been ripping my HAIR for a month nd tried everything i found on net.Please help how can i check WHETHER ther is a sound card in my pc or not. and wat make is de CRD?Look on the back of the case...it if it occupies 1 of the oval slots it's a card...if not it's onboard. Of course you could always open the case as well...I merged your two threads into 1...no need to double POST.
