1.	Solve : no hard disk bootup?
Answer» EMACHINES 220, maxtor 40 gb HARD DISK, win xp power surge blew up computer while it was on. put old hard disk in NEW machine, found and accepted by BIOS, at start up black screen then message " no rgb input". use new hard disk as master, maxtor as slave, starts ok and all files readable on slave disk. have i lost or corrupted some files on the maxtor disk? or any suggestions? thanksWhat I am reading is maxtor as slave, starts ok and all files readable on slave well if that is so how can the files on the maxtor be corrupted?
