Solve : no icon at all?

1.	Solve : no icon at all?
Answer» after the windows start after 5-10 seconds all icon taskbar are gone..SORI im not good in english...any COMMENT?? What is new or different since the last time everything worked PROPERLY (IE, new hw, new sw, virus, ERROR, etc)?
