Answer» Hi, when i on my computer, there is power to the CPU as the CPU lights are on and the cd drawer can open and close. But the monitor SAYS that there is no input signal...tried with other monitors too but still the same problem. I've sent it to a repair shop but the guy said its WORKING fine. So i thought it might have something to do with the power outlet but when i tried with other power outlets, the problem still occurs. Sometimes its working fine though. Please help! Thanks Unplug the computer. Can you check to make sure the Video Card is put in properly. You might want to unplug it, and then replug it. What were you doing before this problem? (downloads, installs,ect....) Any error messages? I am GOING to take a guess and say that since the monitor says there is no imput signal that shows that the monitor is working it just isn't receiving a video signal.

I am GOING to take a guess and say that since the monitor says there is no imput signal that shows that the monitor is working it just isn't receiving a video signal.
