Solve : No longer can increase resolution? |

Answer» Recently I erased the hard drive of one of my computers and reinstalled Windows 98 to it. Prior to doing so, my resolution was always set to 1024x768 and my colour 24 bit. Now it's stuck on 640x480 and 16 colours. The device manager tells me there are no ISSUES with the DISPLAY adapter. What's wrong?Sounds like you don't have the actul drivers for "your card" INSTALLED but rather the default windows drivers?Keegan......The last post by Vaxure is RIGHT on .......that is probably the problem ....get the latest updates for your vid card and all will be well again |
