Solve : No Scan options?

Answer» I have a HP C7180. It is set up on a wireless. I have never before used the scanner (no need until now). When I scan, it STATES that there is No Scan Options available. I tried doing it from my computer (HP Pavillion, XP) and still no luck. So I reloaded the software and it still didnt work. I ran a dx and it tells me that there is no software found, I went back and check the FOLDERS and the software is most definately on my computer. Not sure what to do now.What is this software scanner, no scan options? Welcome to the WONDERFUL world of HP. Reasonably acceptable hardware, but the worlds worse software. That's why in my business, I always recommend "Epson". Good hardware and GREAT software.
