Answer» GREETINGS, turned computer on, all seemed well then sudden monitor screen developed lines of SCRAMBLE. rebooted then off computer and monitor, now monitor does not have a signal, only MESSAGE that comes up on BLACK screen - suggestions please Well, what is that message?Must be "No signal to the monitor".
