hello new to forum. i have a sony vaio with no sound whatsoever !! i was reading a post by benyly. it said to download and run a EVEREST program and post it and someone would help. well i ran the program saved to text but dont know how to get it to where you can see it.. please help me help you help me.. or something like that thanks alot.. kenny Copy and paste the " Computer Summary " portion and post it here... Make sure Mute is not turned on...did all that first. computer says everything is working proper. still no sound. ill keep trying. thanks everybody Did you uninstall old driver, before installing new one?
Did you try Windows Repair install?
