Solve : No start up at all?

1.	Solve : No start up at all?
Answer» My computer will not even run the bios screen. All the drives will flash but there is no signal to the screen. The cd DRIVE flashes but WONT eject. This makes me think it might be a processor or motherboard problem. I need some help on TELLING which one of the two it could be,or what the problem is Some help would be greatly apprieciatedHow many wattages is your PSU capable of DELIVERING?GRAPHICS card??? more info system specs....and o/s used. and what have you done inside the case......have you moved it or drop it ??
