Answer» Recently, I've been having troubles on my monitor. The monitor adjustment MENU would appear on my screen for no apparent reason and then the screen would go gray. After rebooting, all would be okay for a bit, but it would come BACK. I ran a virus scan and it seemed to have GONE away for about a week or so. On Tuesday, I noticed it was back. I ran the virus scan again and rebooted and now I get no video at all. Is this in fact a virus or a bad monitor?Do you have a SPARE monitor that you can try? If so try that and see if that fixes the PROBLEM. If not, post back and we'll figure something out.
