Solve : noise in dvd drive matshita dvd-ram uj-825s?

my dvd drive (matshita dvd-ram uj-825s) makes a noise EVERY TIME i PUT in a RW-DVD disks 
but when i put a non-writable disk LIKE a film it does not make any noise by the way my dvd-ram writing
MAXIMUM speed is 4x
any help?
