Solve : Non-present Mode ??

Ok so I own this Benq screen that seens to get this message when i hook it up to one of my PCS only this one. Wierd HUH?
When the computer eneters the logon screen the MONITOR says "non-present mode or when i exit or enter a game? Whats wronG?

My computer has

3 GHz Processor
1 GB RAM
80 GB hdd
128 MG graphics cardDid you mean non-preset mode? This message is shown when a Benq LCD monitor is switched into non-native resolutio. Consult your manual to find out how to disable resolution notification, and/or set that computer to the monitor's native resolution.
what do you mean non native resolution ok i went to display properties/setting/advanced/monitor and i turned off the "hide modes that this monitor canot display. the box is now unchecked. and i switched from 72 herts to just 70. ok it doesn't do it anymore.Quote from: comda on July 01, 2010, 02:50:13 PM

What I meant was "a resolution that the monitor cannot display". You have already disabled those modes.
