do u think it is a good graphics card guys for running GAMES for maybe two years ahead?i know it also DEPENDS on the rest of the PC components but i wanna if this is a good one?i think it'll be fine for another year or so at DECENT settings at fine frame rates, if you dont already have the card save your money for a 8800gt you can get one for around $200 on newegg, and it has GREAT price/performance and this card should last you at least 2 years or soI would avoid the 8600GTS.
Either save the cash and get an 8600GT, or spend some more and get an 8800GT.
The 8800 is much more powerful, and whilst I can't say that any card around now will run the latest games at high settings in 2 years, it'll play them far better than an 8600 series.
