Solve : Office Design??

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone here could help me with SOMETHING that doesn't really fit anywhere else.

My partner and I have been running a small graphic design company for about a year now. It's getting to the point where operating out of my spare room is no longer acceptable and we're looking into getting a small office space in town to look a bit more professional

I was wondering if anyone here could point me in the direction of someone to design our office for us? We have a bit of capitol saved up and we WANT to invest it in something that looks good. Us working in a visual medium, we both agreed that would be a smart thing to do. I've been looking into these guys, but still looking around http://www.sensyst.com/index.php/office-interior-design/

Depending on budget and appearance you are looking for, and what the landlord will allow for changes in the business space a general contractor can usually do with whatever you suggest for the layout as long as it doesnt violate any codes.

I had an office space for a few years for computer repair business in a plaza that had rent that was almost too good to be TRUE. A commercial location for just $550 a month for a space that was 25ft x 40ft which included heat, but not electricity. Given the tight budget, I ended up buying 2nd or 3rd hand office furnature that was lightly used and some of which looked new through a local company that was downsizing at prices of 25% of the cost new for it all so a savings of 75% over buying new. I was able to put up cubicle walls quickly, install desks, chairs, build my own counter top for POS and have a small seating area just in case I had more than1 customer in at a time waiting for a computer upgrade etc. I was able to do this for around $1300, which would have cost me closer to $6000 if all bought new.

All was well until the PRICE of computers dropped and people started to buy new computers vs upgrade their old computers, and the landlord baited me in at $550 a month and within 6 months started asking for more and more money as the lease was a quarterly agreement, so I eventually closed shop when I was no longer making healthy profits, but was barely breaking even, which if I operated longer could have gone into the red.

Best of all, I was able to sell the office furnature and cubicle walls etc for $1000 so for $300 I got almost 3 years of use out of it. And there was no alterations to the commercial space that I rented so I didnt leave any money behind for the landlord to use as a incentive for future tenants.
