Solve : Old desktop, USB 1.0 Can it be changed to 2.0?

Just bought an older dell optilplex, it has USB 1.0 I WOULD like to change it
to 2.0.
Also to add WiFi Lan for my netgear router???We need some more info about your desktop. Model #, OS, etc.Sorry, Dell Optiplex SX 280, XP Home,You can buy a USB 2.0 card like one of these:

If yes, standard size PCI cards are too tall. You will have to search for SFF PCI cards.

Those are for a GX280, not a SX280. And those guide's computer pictures look different from the real computer that are in school.
For a SX280, it is no.the SX280 is a Small Form factor PC as WELL, and is virtually IDENTICAL to the GX.My mistake, I ended up with a GX 260
Now I think that COMES with 2.0
I won't know till tomorrowOptiplex GX260 does have USB 2.0
