Answer» Okay we have a Hp Office Jet J4680 All In One. A few days ago the printer said a paper was jammed so I pulled it out (I found out tonight that you should take it out the back...oops!) anyway I have cleared all paper but it still make a heavy jamming noise! I don't know if the rolls need to be PUT in PLACE,oiled or something. Oh and the screen has a little thing on the bottom that is TWO balls on top of each other and a lightning BOLT type thing coming out ( I don't know if it is the sign for the jam or what) Any help would be very much appreciated!!!http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01770356.pdf Please see Section 8(Maintain and Troubleshoot)>Clear JAMS
