Win9x has no inbuilt security and Win NT/XP is little more than cosmetic.Tell me about it. Less than a minute with an NT/XP machine and your logon password is gone. Can be useful- when some wise kids decide to change the local ADMIN password to something unknown. (Dells at school- all had the same local admin password... it got LEAKED).Which is why all my important documents are password-locked. (XP SP2)
