I recently built my PC and and when i try to boot up it will not turn the monitor on and it makes, first of all One long beep sound, then short pause, then contiuous Euro siren sound. What does this mean. My computer has phoenix BIOS if that helps any. thank you any help will be greatly appreciated.Are you sure your memory is seated properly?

if you have 2 or 3 slots some motherboards will work all right,
but if you have 4 slots they must be paired, one each in either first and third or one each in the First and second, often the nearest pair to the CPU as a rull.
the motherboard manufacturer and spec name NUMBERS would help us a lot.Quote
