1.	Solve : PC not detecting internal DVD-RW?
Answer» Hi, just bought a second hand internal Philips DVD-RW DL (IDE interface) on EBAY to replace my old Emprex one. I have it SET up inside my PC, LED, SIMM and IDE CABLES are all connected but when i go into the BIOS its saying 'unknown device'. Just before the PC starts up its also saying 'secondard hard drive 1 not FOUND even though i only have one hard drive. Any help would be great. I also have an internal Lite-on CD-RW which in the D drive My specs are: WINDOWS XP Pro Service Pack 2 640mb RDRAM 200gb harddrive Geforce FX 5200 256mb graphics cardOk, just got it sorted! Had to change the jumper setting to Slave, it was on the Master jumper setting.See how good we are ? ? Good work...and good news.... Welcome Aboard !
