Answer» HI, My PC won't power down. It goes to close down and then restarts. I've changed the power supply - to no effect. Any ideas on diagnosis and/or fix gratefully received. [glb]Flame[/glb]If (LIKE me) you just push the power button down once to SHUT it down (a feature of XP) instead of going to Start-Turn Off COMPUTER etc, then it may be a setting is all. Also run a full system scan on your pc ALONG with the demo of Spyware Doctor, it sounds as if you may have a malware problem.
