Answer» I recently had a power OUTAGE while my PC was on, and ever SINCE I have been unable to start the pc, all connections are fine, so I am thinking this is probably a hardware ISSUE. Could this be software, and if not how can I check what has failed? I only very recently got this PC, so I wouldn't have expected a failure already... ONE QUESTION, have you checked the fuse in the plug of the power cable. It may be that when you had the power outage as the power was restored there may, I say may have been a power serge, which has blown the fuse in the plug.
