Solve : PC turns on for 1 second then turns off with phase LEDS stayin

1.	Solve : PC turns on for 1 second then turns off with phase LEDS staying on.?
Answer» I just swapped my PSU and GPU with RMA ones, swapped out all POWER cables with new ones and reconnected everything. Tested PSU by itself. It works. It was working prior to me taking out the parts for RMA, but one of those hardware were causing shut-downs. Now when I push the button power after putting in the new parts and connecting everything, it'll start up then stays shut off with the 2 phase LEDs lit up. A GREEN and a yellow. Any SUGGESTIONS to what the problem is? What is the make and model?
