Hi people, ILL get straight into my DILEMMA. Im currently using a Samsung VM6000 series laptop running XP service pack 2 and the PC card slots do not work with XP. Im trying to use a Netgear WG511T card and everytime i plug it in an error MESSAGE comes up saying: "The device "Ricoh R/RL/RB/5C478(II), R5C522 or Compatible CardBus Controller" has detected a Cardbus card in its slot, but the firmware on this system is not configured to allow the Cardbus controller to be run in CardBus mode. The operating system will c..." The message continues but i cant read any further because it is not displayed.

No LIGHTS display on the card either when i insert it.

The card does work because I upgraded the OS from Windows 98SE, where the card did work, to XP so I could use a piece of software called Slickr.

The name of the card slots: Ricoh R/RL/RB/5C478(II), R5C522. Under Device Manager the card's driver is: 5.1.2600.0

The manual refers to the PC Cards as:

Any help would be much APPRECIATED. Try pressing the down arrow on the keyboard to finish the message....
