Solve : Pendrive don't open, ask for formatting!!!?

Hi Guys!!!
I have Kingston 1 GB Pendrive. I have disabled the autorun feature in my XP.
When I INSERT & try to OPEN my pendrive, it doesn' open. It say." Disk is not formatted, format it now?"............well if say "YES" then all my data in pendrive is gone.......otherwise I can't open....Help me out here....Thanxs in advance..can you try another one system?pen drive not workingQuote from: asivakumar on October 30, 2008, 12:14:12 AM

what? this problem virus . first virus remove and next your pendrive format.How old is the pen drive?

Have you plugged it into another computer to see if it's accessible?asivakumar, what are you doing?! How do you know there is a virus?
