Answer» Well i was recently GIVEN a Pentium 4 Socket 478 2GHz No Hyper Threading. I figured that i would make it into my primary desktop computer since my HOSEHOLD is mainly laptop based. So i placed an order newegg for a Pentium 4 3GHz With HT. When it ARRIVED i removed the old processor, and placed the new one in, and replaced the heatsink. However when i turn it on, my screen still appers blank, and the keyboard does not function, however the USB mouse's laser does have power, all my PCI cards are functioning (network CARD is working) The CD/DVD drive also works |
