Solve : Pentium M and Centrino? |
|
Answer» So I bought my Dell Inspiron 600M laptop back in 2004/2005.. and I wasn't aware of centrino/wireless tech. After buying my laptop I found out that it did not come with any wireless adapters. My computer has a Pentium M processor (without centrino) and I just recently bought the INTEL pro/wireless 3945ABG minipci network connection, but I don't know how to install it. Do I need anything else?.. or is the chip not even compatible with my laptop? I'm pretty SURE the Inspirion 600 laptop isn't compatiable with that wireless card. The 3945ABG works on most Dells 1 year old or NEWER. Can I ask where you PURCHASED the card? |
