Solve : Phoenix Bios cmos?

I have a ACER pc with the subject bios.  I want to change the boot device sequence on the ADVANCED Bios features page. I see that except CPU Feature and Hard disk boot priority everthing is disabled. Now, i am not able to change the boot device sequece.  Is there any way to enable these options.

pls helpIs your system password protected?
Do you RECEIVE any ERROR messages during POST (Power on self test)?  If so, what are they?
Did this just happen without any other problems?
