What I did was use a special font called tribal Two, and them j=use bevel and emboss. You just PLAY around with the soften controls until you get your desired results. About an 8 I used... Then, select/ACTIVATE both contour and texture. Select any texture that you like... Also activate outer shadow, and play around a bit. Lighten your text a bit and there you go!
