Answer» ???please help. my BROTHER is experiencing problems DOWNLOADING pictures from his camera(packard bell dsc-400) to his laptop(advent 7016). do you know of any problems or difficulties with compatability concerning these two items. as far as i know all AVENUES available to him have been tried and have failed to solve. he isn't on the net and is aboard one of her majesty's naval VESSELS at this time so information is limited as to what he has tried. please help if possible. thankyouPerhaps the laptops requires updated USB drivers?
