Day 1 -

Blank Screen and non Functioning USB ports ( but FANS running/computer starts)

So I replugged everything/including CMOS and CPU. Everything running again after replugging a bunch of times.

Day 2 -

Same thing happened, I replugged some stuff ( not CPU) and it starts again.

Day 3 -

Starts then shut off. Have to replug things a few times before it starts PROPERLY again. Then it says broken BIOS and USING backup BIOS to restore it. Before complete restoration.. Shuts off again, I replug the 2x4 power plug and the graphics card 2 x 3 plugs, Computer starts normally.
Computer restarts after using it for a while. Happened 3 times in the last 40 minutes.

I think it might be the power supply( hopefully it is if anything). I know its not the ram because I tested it and tried using only 1 ram etc.

My computer specs are:

Antec 1000 watt power supply ( its 6 years old)
FX 8150
2 x 8 Ripjaw X Ram
PNY NVidia 660 TI
Gigabyte ga-990fxa

Ok I found out two pins of my USB 3.0 Header on the motherboard is broken. Is this the cause?
