can someone please help me i need to now how WEBSITES use interaction

i have 4 websites and i need to say how they all use interaction
the websites are....
BBC news=www.news.bbc.co.uk
cbeebies=www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies
friv=www.friv.co.uk
Mcdonalds=www.mcdonalds.co.ukYou run BIG sites like that and you don't know how they interact?Haha.
