I need a new computer. Mine is 5 years old and although I have the fastest cable internet available, it seems LIKE dial up since my computer sucks. I believe just having a brand new model will take care of most of my problems, but I also need to know how to pick one that will hold a lot of mp3s, since that's mostly what I use my computer for, besides surfing. What 'specs' are important in that respect?

Also, I'm content with my monitor, etc. I think I really only need the 'main' PART. I use SpyBot to keep FREE of Spyware. I think it's a COMBINATION of my computer being bogged down with too much stuff as well as being a bit outdated. So I probably either need to buy a new computer or upgrade this one.Computers their abilities do not DEGENERATE. However, the software installed may become corrupted due to viruses, Spyware and Trojan Horses.

Therefore I suggest that you scan for these threats and learn about others.
