Answer» IM new here i have window XP....my speaker wont work...i have no sound i went to start>control panel>sound and AUDIO devices...buh then none of the button will work...it didnt lit up i jacked in my speaker already...i TRIED to go to start> control panel> ADD new hardware....then i clicked "YES, i havealready connected th hardware" ...on i see a yellow exclaimation mark on my "Multimedia Audio Controller"..so i clicked it...then i went to a "Hardware Upadate Wizard" buh it said it didnt have the software for my "Multimedia Audio Controller"... pls helptype dxdiag in the run box...it may report update audio drivers..Also try reinstalling your sound card drivers... [glb]Flame[/glb]you need to install your drivers for your sound card.....
