Ok yesterday afternoon i went to my PC and opened IE (yes i know ppl say its bad but i like it) anyway, it automatically went to full screen mode and when i click a link it opens in a new window for everything INCLUDING when i click on a new EMAIL in hotmail etc.

This however is not my major problem. My keyboard will not ALLOW me to type. I opened google to do a search and when i type a letter in the search box it automatically deletes the letter and i cannot type more than one. My mouse also is acting strangely instead of when using the scroll wheel the page moving up and down, it is instead zooming in and out making the font larger and smaller etc.

I am using a PS/2 keyboard which i replaced and tried with another keyboard and still does the same thing. I am using a USB Reaper Mouse.

Running Windows XP Home Edition SP3.

(I am posting this from a different PC of course as mine wont let me type)
Also i did try using the On Screen Keyboard and it does the same thing.
This is the first time i have ever posted on help forums so if more info is needed just let me know, as i am sitting here hoping to not have to take it to the shop and pay for something which i hope is a small problem.


Also last night i ran Avast AV Scan, Ad Aware Scan, SPybot S&Destroy and this morning oi ran Malware scans and nothing has shown up on any of them.

Also i didnt add this in the OP but when i click a link from my favourites, IE will open the link but then automatically returns to my homepage within seconds of opening the link.

I have done a system restore which did nothiung to change my problems, i have also uninstalled the drivers drom the device manager and also hasnt helped. The mouse is now however not zooming in and out, after reinstalling it.Also when i click My documents or my computer it SEEMS to be open My Destop window and not the intended items.
