Solve : Power erratic? |

Answer» My computer opens and after a short while the screen flashes (SIGNIFYING that the BATTERY is no longer charging) for a second then the screen blanks out and STAYS off, but with the lights on all the buttons staying on. To test whether the CHARGER was the PROBLEM i disconnected the charger and this time while starting up the lap top closed within seconds (closed with no light on my buttons sometimes, but sometimes with the light). I tried taking out the battery and keeping the charger on, but that caused the same problem as keeping the charger off. The problem's obviously somewhere in the power process, but I have no idea what the problem is. Please help. |
