Solve : Power Supply Help??

I used the PC Doctor utility that was on the recovery disc I got from HP. The HARD drive test OK as well as the MEMORY and CPU.

What's really weird is that it won't do anything while the computer is cold. No BIOS setup or anything. If I leave the power on a few minutes and then turn it off and then back on, it will start either to the BIOS setup (if no disc in the drive) or to the recovery disc.

Could this be a MB problem since the hardware is testing OK?

This sounds like the BIOS battery. Did you test or replace it?
