Answer» To CHECK the POWER supply for NORMAL outputs, does the power supply has to plugged into the motherboard, or can I check the power supply outputs without plugging it into mother bd? The ANSWER will tell me my next step of action.What are you checking the power supply outlets with? A meter of some sort? Ususally they have to be plugged into the MB to even come on. |
