Answer» my DESKTOP keeps blinking and the computer dose not TURNS on. as it shuold. any ideas What do you MEAN by blinking? Does the computer make any sounds when you TRY to turn it on? When you press the power button, how far does the computer boot? Do you remember doing anything/downloading/installing anything on the computer the last TIME it was on? i find out. it was a led code indicating problems with the motherboard. thank you
