Answer» The LED light of the power button of my pc have been gone for sometime. Now, whenever I shut it down for the night, it would take some time to power on in the MORNING and when it comes on, it sometimes COULD not continue and would turn off again. Since this problem of powering on my pc started, portable HDDs that I connect to the USB ports could not be detected anymore and hence the files cannot be accessed anymore. How do I solve this problem? 1. Provide more info. as to what type of PC specs/brand/model and OS you are running? 2. Do you see any type of messages or ERRORS upon succesful booting? 3. How old is your PC? 4. What recent CHANGES you have made either on hardware or software? 5. Have you tried doing a system restore or booting to safemode by any chance? 6. What protection or security softwares are installed(FIREWALL, Antivirus, System Scanner)?
