Answer» I have an HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium and use an HP Deskjet 3940 printer. In the past I have been able to print multiple pages from a web site and print emails in my gmail account (a web BASED email system). Now I can print only the first two pages of a web site and cannot print emails at all. When I try to print an email, the printer icon appears in the tray in the LOWER RIGHT HAND corner of the desktop and the printer system window shows the print job in the queue, but nothing prints. Any IDEAS? Thanks.Try uninstall/reinstall. |
